These Terms of Service apply to your use of MyPetPrinted.com.au and to any products you purchase from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or place an order,

About MyPetPrinted 

MyPetPrinted creates personalised pet products, gifts and memorial items. Some products are made or fulfilled by third-party production partners on our behalf. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version displayed when you place your order.

Products and Personalisation 

We take care to display our products, colours, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen. You are responsible for checking all personalisation details before placing your order, including:

  • Your pet’s name and spelling 
  • Dates & Contact details
  • Product, colour and size selections
  • Uploaded photographs
  • Additional personalisation instructions

Personalised products are made using the information submitted with your order. We are not responsible for errors in details supplied by the customer. Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

Orders and Acceptance 

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. An order is not fully accepted until payment has been received and we have confirmed that the product can be supplied. We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • Payment cannot be processed
  • Product information or pricing contains an obvious error
  • A product is unavailable
  • The personalisation information is unclear or unsuitable
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order. 

Prices and Payment 

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted. Payment must be received before an order is sent for production or fulfilment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery 

We ship to the destinations and at the rates shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delivery may be affected by production times, carrier delays, customs, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products 

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or incorrectly personalised by us, contact admin@mypetprinted.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution where required, which may include a replacement, repair or refund. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Intellectual Property 

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics and branding, belongs to MyPetPrinted or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit harmful material, or use the website for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.

Third-Party Services 

Some products may be produced, personalised or shipped by third-party fulfilment partners. We remain your point of contact for customer service and will work with the relevant partner when an order issue needs to be investigated.

Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personalisation details, including photographs and pet information, may need to be shared with relevant production or fulfilment partners so that your order can be made and delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPetPrinted will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or replaces any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
