For the clearest personalised print, we recommend uploading a bright, sharp photo where your pet’s face is fully visible and looking towards the camera where possible.

Photos with good lighting, clear facial features and minimal obstruction will create the strongest result. Avoid blurry, heavily filtered or very dark images where possible.
